Our support staff can access your computers via a secure remote connection, which provides us immediate access to your computers, so we can quickly resolve any technical issues you may have.

Submit a Service Request to obtain Technical Support Services:

  • E-mail Service Request: Submit an e-mail Service Request by sending an e-mail to helpdesk@premiersolutionsllc.com with a description of the Technical Support Services requested along with your information including your company name, your name and your contact information.
  • Internet Service Request: Submit an Internet Service Request by accessing Premier Solutions’ website at www.premiersolutionsllc.com and entering your username and password. Once logged in click on the Service Entry tab and fill out a Service Request form. Click on the Save Changes tab to submit the Service Request to Premier Solutions.
  • Phone Service Request: Submit a phone Service Request to Premier Solutions by calling Premier Solutions’ Help Desk at 714-444-1048 ext.112, and giving a description of the Technical Support Services requested along with your information including your company name, your name and your contact information.
